**Role & responsibilities** Key Responsibilities - Drive business acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue enhancement. - Strengthen customer/anchor/vendor/partner relationships depending on the role scope. - Ensure compliance with credit, KYC, risk, and audit standards. - Support customer onboarding, documentation, and relationship deepening. - Collaborate with branches, credit, risk, operations, and product teams. - Monitor portfolio performance, delinquency, and early warning signals. - Enable digital adoption, process efficiency, and service quality improvements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Business acquisition & portfolio growth - Revenue & cross-sell contribution - Portfolio quality & delinquency control - Customer satisfaction & service excellence - Compliance & documentation quality - Productivity & activity score achievements Skills & Competencies - Strong understanding of MSE/SCF/Commercial/Trade Finance business - Financial analysis, credit understanding & risk awareness - Customer relationship management & negotiation skills - Analytical thinking, problem-solving & process discipline - Good communication, coordination & stakeholder management Qualifications & Experience - Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in MSE, Supply Chain Finance, or Banking. - Experience in credit, sales, portfolio, or relationship roles preferred. - Freshers/trainees/interns applicable where role requires.
