Job description

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our team in Mumbai! If you are a proactive communicator with a strong knack for employee connect, data management, and operational discipline, we want to hear from you!! This is an on-site position based out of Mumbai, focused on driving regional HR touchpoints, resolving employee queries, and maintaining robust HR reporting standards. What You Will Do: Regional HR Connect: Serve as a direct touchpoint for employees through structured connects. Onboarding & Query Resolution: Facilitate new-hire orientation sessions and handle employee queries efficiently to ensure timely resolution. HR Data Management: Maintain employee records, conduct exit interviews and analyse issues whilst maintaining strong data hygiene. Analytics & Reporting: Collate and summarize regional HR metrics into structured dashboards and periodic management reports. What We Are Looking For: Experience Level: Freshers / 01 Year Experience (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred). Core Traits: Strong communication skills, empathy, analytical aptitude, and proficiency in MS Office. Mobility: Willingness to undertake local branch visits across the region.
