Job description

**Location Name:** Pune - Wakdewadi **Job Purpose** This role is created to enhance the experience of existing manufacturer relation and acquire new manufacturers for BFL as per the BFL requirement in various segments as a result to increase profit margin of BFL. **Duties And Responsibilities** - Manage subvention receivables process. - Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are timely addressed. - Relationship Management with existing CD / Digital Manufacturers. - Engage with manufacturers to build and strengthen relationships. - Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturers. - Responsible for various manufacturer communications in terms of reports & analysis. - Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & High levels of employee Satisfaction. - Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with OEM?s. - Ensuring audit queries are complied with - Identify revenue leakages in the system and devise processes to stop revenue leakages. - Ensure sustained revenue growth. - Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue. - Ensuring Cost within Budget. - Ensuring timely revert on manufacturer query's. **Key Decisions / Dimensions** - To decide the which scheme will suite to which manufacturer. - To prioritize scheme communication. **Major Challenges** - Support from other department in terms of new processes etc - Legal consensus at times becomes difficult **Required Qualifications And Experience** - Qualifications: Post Graduation Proficient in computer MS Office /Power Point is a must. - Work Experience: Candidate should be with 7 to 10 years of work experience - People Management skills. - Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. - Excellent relationship skills. - Affirmative. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
