**Location Name:** Mumbai - BKC **Job Purpose** “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” **Duties And Responsibilities** - Execute the acquisition for the given location for gathering deposits - Expectation would be relationship size potential of 10 Cr plus - Responsible to deliver the goals through institutional segment and its promoters - To analyse business needs & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities - Have the direct to customer approach and build relationship with wide spread customers - It would be an individual role and depending on the acquisition success in the location and achievement of KRAs, reporting structure would be added **Required Qualifications And Experience** "1. MBA or Equivalent - 6 - 8 years of total experience with a 4 years of relevant segment experience - Should have experience in handling institutional relationships and worked at Уdirect to customerФ role - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Should have meticulous approach to relationship management"
