Regional Manager - North & East

Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities** - Oversee and manage airport operations across multiple airports within the North & East region, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. - Drive ground handling, passenger services, OTP performance, and operational compliance across the regional airport network. - Coordinate with Airport Managers, airlines, airport authorities, GHA partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations across all assigned stations. - Monitor regional performance metrics, safety standards, service quality, audits, and regulatory compliance, and implement corrective actions where required. **Job Requirements** - 15-25 years of experience in airport operations, airline operations, or aviation management. - Proven experience managing multiple airports, clusters, regions, or a large airport network in the aviation industry. - Strong understanding of airport operations, ground handling, DGCA regulations, safety compliance, stakeholder management, and operational performance management. - Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, drive regional KPIs, and manage complex multi-station operations.
