**Role & Responsibilities** *- Sales & Strategy: Maintain a strong sales approach with consistent target orientation.   - Planning & Execution: Demonstrate exceptional planning and execution skills, including branch launch management.   - Monitoring & Analysis: Conduct competition tracking, MIS reporting, and regular branch visits.   - Marketing Operations: Oversee branch branding, visual merchandise, and coordination for ATL & BTL activities.   - Management: Handle vendor management and lead management effectively.* **Preferred Candidate Profile**   - *Education: Regular graduate (Note: B-Tech candidates are excluded from eligibility).   - Experience: 36 years of relevant field experience.   - Compensation: 3-4L per annum, plus additional incentives and bonuses.* **How to Apply** *If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to hrbsr@muthootgroup.com.*
