**Role & responsibilities** Responsible to facilitate dealership operations, implement business guidelines, coordinate for issue resolution, train dealer staff, and monitor key performance indicators related to Parts Business Operation - **Dealer Parts Infrastructure & System Process Establishment** - Ensure dealer parts infrastructure related to storage area & racking system as per guidelines - Ensure dealer parts readiness related to systems (Ordering/Parts Catalogue/Funding/Claims) - **Dealer Parts Inventory Management** - Ensure optimum parts inventory level at dealership by training & handholding dealers for key parts KPIs related to Month of Supply(MOS), Stock Turn Rate, First Fill Rate - Drive ABC & FMS Stock Analysis and implement SOQ based ordering for BO Management - •**Dealer Parts Operation Management** - Ensure parts warehouse operations at dealers related to parts receipt, storage, movement to storage locations & final customer are aligned with the guidelines through regular visits & checks - Monitor Dealer parts inbound/outbound operations & Claim Mgmt. (Before-After Fitment/Transit) - **Dealer Parts Business Management** - Business potential calculation basis UIO, Service Retention, Repair Order Retail, Parts Sales/RO, Accessory Sales/RO & Parts Counter Sale - Ensure Dealer Parts Wholesale & Retails as per Business Plan (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually) - **Regional PDC Coordination related to Dealers Parts Support** - Ensure & Monitor PDC to Dealer Fill Rate, Lead Time, Parts Quality are in-line as per the plan - Regular Meetings & daily coordination with PDC Team for supporting dealer parts business - **Future Business Expansion & Aftermarket Readiness** - Align with the company vision for long term parts business expansion - Develop & Monitor new business avenues with respect to Aftermarket Parts Business - **Genuine Parts Penetration & Compliance Adherence at Dealers** - Train dealers on Genuine Parts penetration & compliance related to Metrology & W/Measure Act. **Preferred candidate profile** - In-depth understanding of Parts Business of Automobile OEM - Good communication and Good analytical skills - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Long-term planning and execution skills
