Regional Sales Manager - LAP

Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of Cluster Managers and Area Manager and Sales Managers to achieve targets in the Central and Harbour Line. • Develop and execute strategies to increase business growth through affordable and prime loan against property (LAP) loans. • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue generation. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Job Requirements : • 10-20 years of experience in mortgage sales specifically Affordable and sub-prime LAP. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role. • Strong understanding of Mumbai Market specifically Central and Harbour Lines. • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively. • Candidates from Central and Navi Mumbai are preferred.
