Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Team Handling ,ASFMs & Tech AFSMs and aligning them towards Company goals & Objective. - Review, Monitor & Enhance Dealer KPIs & support. - Regional & Dealer Business plan target achievement - Additional Service Network Planning and expansion execution. - Review of critical dealers on regular basis to ensure high Customer satisfaction & Business. - Dealer profitability OAR. - Organizing of marketing activities & seasonal camps. - New workshop Site follow up, Site identification & Monitoring of Network progress of Region. - Audits monitoring - Warranty audits, WEP ( Workshop enhancement program) audit and NVI Audits etc. - Required dealer visit for monitoring of Workshop system, processes and Manpower status. - Execution & Implementation of systems & service processes at dealers. - Ensuring sufficient Manpower availability int the region and Training plan as per requirements to ensure High customer satisfaction & retention at regional Level. - Implementation, adherence & execution of New KIN initiative at Service dealer network - Prompt action / response to team on critical concerns to avoid escalation. - Regular review of Internal team (ASFMs) and Tech ASFMs share sharing performance on monthly basis to create healthy completion among team. **Preferred candidate profile** - Good communication skills both written and verbal to interact with channel partners and customers. - Analytical, Interpersonal & team building Skills. - Mentoring and coaching team and dealership manpower. - Data analysis to monitor dealer profitability **Education** BE/B-tech in Automobile or mechanical stream
