**Qualification- Graduate** **Job description** - 5+ Years of Relevant Experience - Proven work experience as a Customer Service / Sales. - Solid communication and presentation abilities - Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning - Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms - Excellent organizational skills - Solid communication and presentation abilities - Additional certification in training is a added advantage. - English, Tamil **Responsibilities** Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement - Design training curriculum within time - Produce physical and digital educational material - Onboard new Hires to organization - Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses - Monitor objectives and results - Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses - Report on impact of training programs - Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum - Handle product training sessions for branch staff at Regional Learning center. - Work in cohesion with Regional leadership in improving productivity of branches - Visit branches that needs special attention in terms of productivity - Travel to Various regions assigned in the Zone as part of training responsibility. - Attend training programs organized for trainers periodically to cater to the training needs of the staff.
