Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, conducting regular check-ins to gauge satisfaction and assess evolving needs.Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services, while working to meet or exceed sales targets.Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer complaints and quickly implement tailored solutions or coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, account statuses, and feedback within CRM software.Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively educate clients and provide actionable feedback to internal teams.
