The Relationship Manager will manage and grow customer portfolios by understanding client needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring high levels of service quality. Daily responsibilities include meeting existing and prospective clients, explaining product offerings, handling queries, and supporting customers through the onboarding and documentation process. The role also involves tracking client accounts, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The Relationship Manager will work towards defined business targets while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. **Qualifications** - Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and maintain long-term engagement. - Sales and business development skills, including the ability to achieve targets, identify cross-selling opportunities, and grow the customer base. - Solid communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and collaborating with internal teams. - Basic financial acumen and familiarity with financial products and services; prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage. - Good organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. - Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage a dynamic workload, and adapt to evolving business needs. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
