**Key Responsibilities** - Employee Benefit (EB) - Group Business sourcing for SME and Large corporates of the Partner Private Banks - The candidate shall be responsible for sourcing the EB business of the corporate clients of the partner banks by coordinating with various verticals of the Bank - The candidates shall be responsible for overall growth and profitability of the portfolio. **Preferred Qualification & Experience** - **Education: Graduate** or **MBA** from a premier institute with at least 1-3 year experience in EB business development. - **Industry Background:** Proven track record in Life, General, or Health Insurance.
