Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a portfolio of current accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities for CASA products to increase revenue growth. • Develop strong relationships with existing clients to retain their business and identify new potential customers. • Conduct field sales visits to promote bank's products and services, focusing on current accounts and CASA offerings. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Job Requirements : • 1-4 years of experience in branch banking or related field sales role. • Strong understanding of current account products and services offered by banks. • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
