The Relationship Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building strong, trust-based relationships and serving as a primary point of contact for their banking needs. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable financial products such as deposits, loans, credit cards, and investment solutions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role involves regular customer meetings, proactive follow-ups, cross-selling appropriate products, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth account operations and issue resolution. The Relationship Manager will also work towards achieving defined sales targets, maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and contributing to the overall customer experience and branch performance. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse customer segments. - Candidates should possess sales, cross-selling, and business development skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate banking solutions. - Candidates should possess communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain financial products clearly and support effective decision-making. - Candidates should possess basic financial analysis, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills for evaluating customer profiles and resolving queries efficiently. - Candidates should possess knowledge of retail banking products, processes, and regulatory guidelines; prior experience in banking or financial services is beneficial. - Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and digital banking platforms, along with comfort in using CRM or similar customer management tools. - A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in banking or financial services are an advantage. - Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage targets under time constraints, and collaborate effectively with branch and regional teams.
