Relationship Manager - DSA | Personal Loans Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Ahmedabad Experience: 1 to 5 years Salary: As per Industry Standards Function: Sales / Business Development Role Overview We are looking for Relationship Managers to drive Personal Loan business through the DSA/Channel Partner network. The role will focus on building and managing DSA relationships, generating quality business and achieving monthly disbursement targets. Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors & channel partners in the assigned market. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs to drive consistent business volumes. • Generate quality leads and drive them through login, approval and disbursement. • Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets through the DSA channel. • Improve DSA productivity, conversion and repeat business through regular engagement and follow ups. • Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of cases. • Track business funnel, DSA performance and key conversion metrics. • Ensure sourcing is aligned with the company's credit, compliance and quality guidelines. • Keep track of market and competitor activity and identify new business opportunities. Candidate Profile • 1 to 5 years of experience in Personal Loans / Consumer Finance / Retail Lending / NBFC / Fintech / Banking sales. • Prior experience in DSA / channel sales is preferred. • Strong existing DSA/connector network will be an advantage. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong relationship management, communication and negotiation skills. • Highly target-oriented, energetic, and comfortable with field sales. • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
