**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. - Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting to expand the client base. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of various investment products such as mutual funds, bonds, equities, etc. to offer expert advice to clients. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance policies and other financial products. **Job Requirements :** - 1-6 years of experience in banca or related field (insurance industry). - Strong knowledge of life insurance products and services. - Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
