**Role & responsibilities:** - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for LAP products. - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities. - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Experience in Secured Loans sales. CTC : upto 4.50 LPA + Petrol allowance and Incentives.
