**Job Purpose** To ensure smooth flow of data and data analysis to the business teams.Culture Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with Integrity **Duties and Responsibilities** - Understanding the business requirements and developing dashboards basis the requirements - Realtime data updation of the dashboards - Generating business insights basis, the historical data - Creating strategies with an aim to improve the business performance - Having necessary knowledge of the business tools and softwares - Ensuring data authenticity - Providing raw data basis, the business requirements - Preparing of the monthly decks for the business reviews with MD - Inter departmental coordinations to ensure smooth data flow - Doing root cause analysis of the data present as per the requirements - Ensuring automation of the data - Collections resolution reporting **Required Qualifications and Experience** a)Qualifications Graduate / MBAb)Work Experience 3 to 6 years
