Job description

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented RM/ **Sales Manager** with strong experience in **Mortgage Finance, LAP, Home Loans, Construction Finance, Inventory Finance, and Real Estate Funding**. The ideal candidate should possess a strong network of DSAs, connectors, builders, and HNI clients across Gujarat/MP. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive business growth through acquisition of Mortgage and Real Estate Finance customers. - Source and manage high-value loan transactions including: - Loan Against Property (LAP) - Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) - Construction Finance (CF) - Inventory Finance (IF) - Home Loans - Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients, builders, developers, and key market influencers. - Develop and manage DSA and Channel Partner networks for business sourcing. - Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. - Ensure achievement of monthly disbursement and revenue targets. - Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing. - Monitor portfolio quality and maintain healthy business relationships.
