Outbound Calling: - Initiate outbound calls to potential MFDs/clients to introduce our mutual fund products and services. - Utilize lead lists, databases, and other resources to identify and reach out to MFDs. - Drive key business parameters:-Need to ensure to achieve minimum business from MFDs (activation, SIP & drive Lumpsum). - Onboarding of MFDs/acquisition of KYC. 2. Product Presentation: - Present information about our mutual fund products, including their features, benefits, and performance. - Explain the various investment options available and help clients understand how they align with their financial goals. 3. Objection Handling: - Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects regarding mutual fund investments, fees, risks, etc. - Provide accurate and transparent information to alleviate concerns and build trust with MFDs. 5.
