Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products - Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the companys business - Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business - Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan - Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans - Maintain credit quality - Onboard new channel partners - Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
