Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of loans and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts to expand the customer base. • Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies. • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Job Requirements : • 0-7 years of experience in auto finance or related field (car finance, commercial vehicle loans). • Strong knowledge of auto loans, two wheeler loans (TW), used car loan, refinance options. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
