Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of auto loans and refinancing. • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts. • Process loan applications, conduct credit checks, and make lending decisions in accordance with company policies. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications. Job Requirements : • 1-5 years of experience in auto loans, car finance, or vehicle finance industry. Used Car experience will be preferred. • Strong understanding of used car loan products and services offered by banks/financial institutions. • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship management.
