The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while delivering high-quality results. **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Develop project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and transparency. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. * Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. * Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members. * Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency. **Mandatory Skills** * Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. **Preferred Skills** * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). * Experience in consultancy roles or working with clients directly. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * 7-10 years of relevant project management experience.
