**Release Train Engineer** **Location: Any Genpact Location** **Experience: 10-17 years** **Immediate joiners Preferred.** In this role, we are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) with 10+ years of total IT experience and 10+ years of hands-on RTE experience. The ideal candidate will have led large-scale applications with 30+ team members and strong expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks. This role requires proven ability to drive program execution, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and align multiple teams toward successful delivery outcomes. **Responsibilities** - Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution across large-scale programs. - Organize and support PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions. - Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments across 30+ team members and multiple agile teams. - Partner with Product Management, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. - Drive transparency, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement across the program. - Monitor ART health metrics and ensure delivery commitments are met. - Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe principles and Agile best practices. - Support release planning and coordinate production deployments as needed. **Qualifications we seek in you!** - Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications - Strong working knowledge of SAFe Agile framework - SAFe certification required (SAFe Agilist / SAFe RTE / SAFe Program Consultant preferred) - Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Strong ability to identify and remove blockers across teams - Proven experience in Agile delivery, program coordination, and release management - Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Experience with multiple distributed teams or global delivery models - Background in digital transformation or enterprise application delivery - Experience with tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools - Strong leadership and mentoring skills - Experience in complex, fast-paced environments - **Education :** Bachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Economics, Bachelors in Finance, Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Business Analytic - **Professional Experience and Years of Experience :** Agile with 3-5 YEARS, Change Management with 3-5 YEARS, Client Relationships with 3-5 YEARS, Collaboration Tools & Methods with 3-5 YEARS, Design Thinking with 3-5 YEARS, Executive Presence with 3-5 YEARS, Inclusion with 3-5 YEARS, Modernizing Operations with 3-5 YEARS, People Leadership with 3-5 YEARS, Personal Effectiveness with 3-5 YEARS, Project Management with 3-5 YEARS, Storytelling with 3-5 YEARS
