Reltio Architect - Reltio MDM

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - 10+ years of MDM experience, with at least 4+ years specifically architecting Reltio solutions. - Deep expertise in Reltio core architecture: data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and workflow engine. - Strong experience designing integration architectures using REST APIs, RIH, Kafka, and middleware/ETL platforms. - Solid understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality management, and enterprise data strategy. - Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers/consultants on Reltio best practices. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native integration patterns. - Experience with scripting (Groovy, JavaScript, Python) for custom Reltio configurations. - Strong SQL and data modeling skills across relational and NoSQL systems. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. - **Working knowledge of other MDM platforms** such as Informatica MDM SAAS (Customer 360/MDM Hub), Stibo Systems STEP, Profisee, Semarchy - including data modeling, match/merge, and governance approaches across these tools. - Ability to compare and contrast MDM platform capabilities to advise on tool selection, migration feasibility, or coexistence strategies.
