Job description

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Reltio MDM implementation and configuration. • Expertise in Reltio Data Model, Match & Merge, Survivorship, and Crosswalk management. • Strong in REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and Java-based MDM customizations. • Experience with integration tools (Reltio Integration Hub, Informatica Cloud, Boomi, MuleSoft). • Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiar with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of MDM principles, data governance, and data quality frameworks. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** 1 Leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure successful project execution. Designing and implementing software architecture and frameworks that meet project requirements and scalability needs. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Overseeing code quality through regular code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and practices. Developing and maintaining technical documentation for software architecture, APIs, and system integrations. Identifying and mitigating technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into the development process as appropriate. Facilitating agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
