**Job Description – PMO Operations & Tooling Lead** **Role:** PMO Operations & Tooling Lead **Experience:** 12+ Years **Domain:** Healthcare – Mandatory **Coverage:** Cross-Portfolio PMO Support / Planview / Reporting & Governance **Level:** Lead / Senior Lead **Location:** Hyderabad(preferred)/locations where we have NTT presence **Role Overview** We are looking for an experienced **PMO Operations & Tooling Lead** with **12+ years of experience** to provide cross-portfolio PMO leadership and operational support for a large healthcare customer. The role will be responsible for driving **PMO governance, portfolio operations, Planview administration/adoption, executive reporting, portfolio analytics, resource and financial tracking, and continuous improvement** across multiple programs and workstreams. The ideal candidate will combine strong **PMO and portfolio management expertise** with hands-on knowledge of **Planview and reporting/analytics** , along with proven experience working within the **Healthcare domain** . **Key Responsibilities** **PMO Operations & Cross-Portfolio Governance** - Lead day-to-day PMO operations across multiple programs, projects, and portfolios supporting the healthcare customer. - Establish and maintain standardized PMO governance, processes, templates, controls, and reporting mechanisms. - Drive cross-portfolio planning and provide consolidated visibility into milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials, resources, and delivery performance. - Coordinate portfolio governance forums, leadership reviews, steering committee meetings, and operational reviews. - Partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, Delivery Leaders, Business Stakeholders, Finance, and other functions to ensure consistent portfolio management practices. - Identify cross-program dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints, and portfolio-level issues and facilitate appropriate escalation and resolution. - Ensure portfolio information is accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with governance requirements. **Planview & PMO Tooling** - Act as the PMO tooling lead and Planview SME for portfolio and program management activities. - Drive effective utilization of Planview for portfolio planning, project tracking, resource management, financial management, demand management, and reporting. - Define and maintain Planview standards, data structures, workflows, dashboards, and reporting requirements. - Monitor data quality and ensure project/program teams maintain accurate and timely information within Planview. - Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve Planview configuration, usability, adoption, and reporting. - Support onboarding and training of PMs, program teams, and stakeholders on Planview processes and best practices. - Develop governance mechanisms to improve tool adoption and data integrity across portfolios. **Reporting & Portfolio Analytics** - Own consolidated portfolio reporting and executive dashboards for senior leadership and customer stakeholders. - Develop insightful reporting covering areas such as: - Portfolio health and delivery status - Milestones and schedule performance - Risks, issues, actions, and dependencies - Resource capacity and utilization - Financial performance and forecasts - Demand and portfolio pipeline - Project/program KPIs - Portfolio trends and exceptions - Translate portfolio data into actionable insights and executive-level narratives, rather than providing data-only reporting. - Drive automation and simplification of recurring PMO reports wherever possible. - Ensure consistency between Planview data, portfolio dashboards, financial reporting, and leadership presentations. - Experience with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting/visualization tools is highly desirable. **Financial & Resource Governance** - Support portfolio-level budget, forecast, actuals, variance, and financial tracking. - Partner with delivery and finance teams to improve financial forecasting and reporting accuracy. - Provide visibility into portfolio resource demand, capacity, allocations, utilization, and potential constraints. - Facilitate periodic financial and resource reviews and identify areas requiring management attention. **Stakeholder & Customer Management** - Serve as a key PMO interface for senior customer stakeholders and internal delivery leadership. - Build effective working relationships across business, technology, operations, finance, and program leadership teams. - Facilitate governance meetings and present portfolio insights, risks, recommendations, and decisions to senior stakeholders. - Proactively identify areas requiring leadership intervention and drive follow-through on actions and decisions. - Operate effectively within a complex, matrixed, multi-program environment. **Mandatory Qualifications & Experience** - 12+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Program Governance, or related roles. - Healthcare domain experience is mandatory. - 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Planview in a PMO/portfolio management environment. - 8+ years of demonstrated experience providing cross-portfolio PMO support across multiple programs and projects. - 5+ years of strong understanding of portfolio/program governance, planning, reporting, risk management, financial management, and resource management. - 5+ years of proven experience developing executive dashboards, portfolio reports, KPI frameworks, and management presentations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex portfolio information into clear insights and recommendations. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms is highly desirable. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. -
