**Location:** Bangalore, KA, IN Could you be the full-time Requirement Management Engineer in Bangalore were looking for **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in requirements management and configuration to a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You''ll play a critical role in ensuring that our delivered products meet contractual requirements while supporting the management of tender and project requirements. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, quality, and more), provide training and support on requirements management processes, and oversee the integrity of the "As Sold" baseline. Youll specifically take care of implementing global requirements management processes on tenders and projects, but also support engineers in their requirements development activities. Well look to you for: - Implementing global requirements management processes on tenders, contracts, and product development projects - Acting as the guardian of the integrity of contractual requirements - Guiding engineers in their requirements development activities - Ensuring data quality and consistency within the requirements management database - Managing requirements changes and configuration - Contributing to the Requirements Management Engineering (RME) network - Supporting Train Performance Managers (TPMs) in maintaining traceability and applying RM and configuration baseline processes **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
