You will collaborate closely with teams based in the United States, gaining exposure to global product development practices and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with an assigned mentor, senior UX researchers, product designers, and engineers to translate complex workflows into simple, delightful user interactions. This is not a “shadowing” role you will own a multi-phase research study, collect impactful qualitative and quantitative data, and present a final capstone project directly to product leadership.  Key Responsibilities  • Support and Execute Studies: Assist in planning, designing, and conducting generative and evaluative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.  • Data Synthesis & Analysis: Analyze qualitative feedback and quantitative behavioral metrics to build user personas, task analyses, and user journey maps.  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure user needs are integrated into product roadmaps.  • Research Operations Support: Help organize participant recruitment pipelines, coordinate study logistics, and manage internal research repositories.  • Advocate for the User: Translate raw data into highly actionable design insights, presenting findings through compelling visual decks and reports to cross-functional stakeholders.  • UX Quality Assurance: Participate in product benchmarking, track competitor software developments, and review platform features to identify usability friction.  What We Look For  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Science, Psychology, Design, or related field.  • AI-First Mindset: A strong curiosity for AI systems. Eagerness to learn how to research AI-driven products, including human-AI trust, hallucination impacts, and prompt workflows, and enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to streamline the research pipeline, such as automated synthesis and transcript analysis.  • Research Fundamentals: Solid academic or project experience with foundational UX research methods, such as card sorting, heuristic evaluations, semi-structured interviews, and context mapping.  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous data sets into clean, concise, and structured takeaways.  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills, with a knack for telling stories with data and articulating the “why” behind user behaviors.  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with user testing platforms (UserTesting, UserZoom), survey tools (Qualtrics, Typeform), and prototyping/collaboration spaces (Figma, Miro).  • Enterprise Curiosity: Passion for solving dense, complex B2B workflow puzzles rather than just simple B2C applications.    What the Internship Offers  • Mentorship & Onboarding: Dedica
