Resident Construction Manager - Composite

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead and manage all site construction activities across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines. - Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, applicable codes and standards, and HSE requirements. - Develop and implement construction execution strategies, site logistics plans, and resource deployment plans. - Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, Contracts, and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Manage EPC contractors and subcontractors, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. - Review construction schedules, identify risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation measures to maintain project milestones. - Conduct regular site inspections, progress review meetings, safety audits, and quality assessments. - Ensure strict adherence to company HSE policies, statutory regulations, and industry best practices. - Monitor construction progress, prepare project status reports, and provide regular updates to senior management and clients. - Resolve technical and construction-related issues in coordination with engineering and project teams. - Oversee material availability, equipment utilization, workforce planning, and construction resource optimization. - Support mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and project handover activities Interested candidates can share their CV to ajay.v@sharptanks.com
