**Experience 7 years +** **Location Remote (UK Shift)** **Position Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Resource Management / Bench Management professional to manage and optimize a large-scale workforce. The role involves end-to-end resource planning, utilization, and bench management for bulk employees, ensuring effective allocation across projects while supporting business requirements in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage resource allocation and utilization for a bench size of 200+ employees - Oversee end-to-end bench management, including tracking availability, skills mapping, and deployment - Work closely with delivery, sales, and account teams to support ongoing and upcoming project requirements - Ensure minimal bench aging and optimal workforce utilization - Manage workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and demand–supply alignment - Handle stakeholder communication across geographies, primarily supporting UK stakeholders - Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards related to utilization, bench strength, and resource movement - Drive process improvements in resource management and workforce optimization **Required Skills & Experience** - 7+ years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / Bench Management - Proven experience managing large bench sizes (200+ resources) - Strong understanding of IT delivery models and project staffing - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience working in UK shift - Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setup - Opportunity to work with a global organization and diverse clients - Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture - Exposure to large-scale workforce and strategic resource management
