Must have skills : Microsoft Copilot Studio Good to have skills : Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires guiding teams to integrate responsible AI principles into projects, facilitating collaboration across various departments, and championing the adoption of ethical AI practices throughout the organization. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying potential ethical challenges and ensuring that AI technologies are designed and deployed with accountability and transparency in mind. Roles \& Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI practices within the organization. - Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of ethical AI deployment. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure AI projects meet both business objectives and ethical standards. Professional \& Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Good To Have Skills: Microsoft BOT Framework, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Strong knowledge of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance related to artificial intelligence. - Experience in designing and deploying AI solutions with a focus on transparency, fairness, and accountability. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration among diverse groups. - Familiarity with AI governance models and risk management strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
