Role & responsibilities : Strategy and Planning • Create a Data mart of all collection interactions so that the same can be utilized for future analysis • Lead Forecasting efforts with Quarterly planning, cross functioning with Risk, Business and Finance teams which include clarifying assumptions and trend analysis, assisting with existing trends • Support the Collections team through timely and accurate delivery of reports and management information. Policies, Processes & Procedures • Ensure compliance with audit and infosec requirements of the organization Business Development • Advanced Caps & Lead generation systems for business (Additional Responsibility added. Data warehousing and automation of performance tracking. • Create a Collection Dashboard detailing the critical parameters being driven by collections • Develop all critical reports on Excel / any other available tool so that the same can be viewed by the collection team • Create linkages of Business and Collections and identify arrears and segments and provide inputs to the policy team Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Execute forecasting agenda as they apply to collections process and applications related to Collections strategy team • Provide analytics support in segmentation Relationship Management • Enhance productivity and efficiency levels through a culture of continuous improvement and increase usage of automation to develop a robust MIS infrastructure • Provide guidance to team on data requirements and guide in analysis Experience Essential: 10- 12years.
