This role is responsible for managing retail foreign exchange operations, including handling foreign currency transactions, monitoring forex rates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. The person in this position will oversee daily forex dealing activities, support branch teams and customers with forex products, and optimize pricing and margins to meet business targets. The Retail Forex Manager will collaborate with relationship managers and operations staff to deliver timely and accurate forex services, maintain risk controls, and contribute to the growth of the bank’s retail forex portfolio. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Foreign Exchange Management and an understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. - Candidates should possess expertise in Foreign Currency and Currency products, including retail forex services and customer-facing transactions. - Candidates should possess solid Finance and Trading skills, with the ability to interpret market trends and manage pricing and margins. - Candidates should possess analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial modeling. - Relevant experience in retail forex, treasury, or banking operations, preferably in a regulated financial institution. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications in forex or treasury operations are an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and serve diverse customer groups. - Proven ability to work with attention to detail, manage risk, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
