Notice Period - Immediate joiner to 30 Days Experience - 5 to 8 Yrs Location - Gurgaon **Key Responsibilities** - **System Implementation** - Install, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail POS (MPOS/CPOS). - Integrate POS with ERP, CRM, and payment gateways. - **Customization & Development** - Develop extensions using ASP.NET, C#, typescript, SQL and Commerce SDK. - Migrate Retail SDK to Commerce SDK. - **Support & Maintenance** - Provide L2/L3 technical support for POS systems. - Perform upgrades, patches, and database optimization. - **Training & Documentation** - Conduct user training sessions. - Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and performance reports. **🎓 Qualifications** - **Education** : - **Technical Skills** : - Strong ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, MPOS/CPOS. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and payment connector customization. - **Domain Knowledge** : Retail operations (inventory, billing, promotions, CRM). - **Soft Skills** : Client communication, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration.
