**Job Title:** Retail Sales Officer (RSO) BEYON Retail (Titan Company) **Location:** Bengaluru - HSR **HR No:701354236Four** **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist customers and deliver an excellent shopping experience. - Achieve individual and store sales targets. - Demonstrate product features and recommend suitable products. - Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash responsibly. - Maintain store merchandising and visual display standards. - Manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy. - Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business. - Follow company SOPs and maintain store hygiene. **Eligibility:** - Graduate or Undergraduate. - 1–5 years of experience in retail sales (Fashion, Lifestyle, Watches, Footwear, Electronics, or similar). - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends. **Preferred Skills:** - Sales orientation - Customer handling - Communication skills - Team player - Positive attitude
