**Job Title:** Retail Sales Officer Fastrack Showroom **Location:** Indiranagar **701354236Four** **Job Summary:** We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our Fastrack showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Welcome customers and understand their requirements. - Promote and sell Fastrack products, including watches, smartwatches, sunglasses, bags, and accessories. - Achieve individual and store sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. - Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations. - Maintain product displays and ensure visual merchandising standards are met. - Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment. - Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. - Follow store policies and operational procedures. **Eligibility:** - 12/ Any Graduate. - 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Preferred Skills:** - Customer service orientation. - Sales and negotiation skills. - Team player with a positive attitude. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
