**Role & responsibilities** Manage a portfolio of hotel partners/owners and proactively resolve partner concerns to reduce churn. Drive revenue by maximizing room availability and improving booking conversions. Ensure high occupancy and monitor customer & guest experience across assigned properties. Manage collection of outstanding payments from hotel partners. Coordinate with property owners, customers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues. Share regular market insights on competition, pricing, demand trends, and business opportunities.
