Position Overview: We are looking for a Revenue Manager/Senior Revenue Manager to support the Revenue Head and Director-level leadership in driving channel-level planning, performance tracking, and execution excellence across the G6 portfolio. This role will focus on monitoring revenue levers, executing pricing and channel strategies, tracking key accounts, and ensuring disciplined on-ground execution across markets and hotels. **This role requires working in US shift (6 PM - 3 AM)** **Role Objective:** Drive execution, tracking, and performance governance of revenue strategies across channels and hotels, ensuring revenue targets, margin goals, and growth initiatives are delivered consistently. Key Responsibilities: **1. Revenue Strategy Execution & Performance Tracking** - Execute annual revenue and margin plans across OTA, Direct, CC, and other channels. - Support channel-wise planning and ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets. - Track performance of key MUOs, hotels, markets, and revenue initiatives; highlight risks and support corrective actions. - Support daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reviews, ensuring clear tracking and closure of action items. - Drive YoY revenue growth across priority markets and accounts. **2. Pricing, OTA Performance & Competitive Benchmarking** - Execute pricing strategies across markets and hotels, including promotions, discounts, and campaigns. - Monitor and improve performance across Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, and other OTAs (ranking, visibility, conversion, share of wallet). - Conduct competitive benchmarking and recommend pricing and yield adjustments. - Monitor unplanned discounting and flag margin risks. - Identify early performance gaps and support course correction at hotel, market, or channel level. **3. Account Performance & Retention Support** - Support performance tracking and revenue growth for strategic hotel accounts. - Participate in structured, data-led performance reviews with hotel owners and OTA partners. **4. Cross-Functional & Operations Execution** - Work closely with Revenue, Ops, KAM/BD, Marketing, Finance, Product, Tech, and Global teams to ensure execution alignment. - Translate central revenue plans into property-level actions in partnership with operations teams. - Support revenue execution for new hotel launches, new markets, and peak demand periods. **5. Insights, Reporting & Governance** - Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports for leadership reviews. - Ensure timely and accurate communication of performance trends, risks, and action items. - Support adoption of global revenue best practices across markets. **6. Team Support & Capability Building** - Coach and support Revenue Managers and Analysts on execution best practices. - Drive execution discipline, data accuracy, and follow-through across the team. **Success Metrics:** - Achievement of revenue and margin targets - Channel performance and mix optimization - Performance of key MUOs and priority hotels - Reduction in unplanned discounting - Timely and high-quality execution of revenue initiatives **Ideal Profile:** - 1-5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, or Commercial roles - Engineer + MBA - preferred from tier 1 institute. - Comfortable working in US shift (6 PM - 3 AM) - Strong exposure channel management and revenue performance tracking - Experience working closely with operations and cross-functional teams - Strong analytical and execution orientation - Prior experience in hospitality, travel, marketplace, or consumer internet preferred
