With that in mind, we’re looking for a Revit Modeler. This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and enhancing our Revit libraries and content. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit family creation and modelling, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality BIM standards Responsibilities: • Create and modify Revit families, including detail items families, to support JLL's design projects. • Maintain and update existing JLL Revit libraries, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards. • Develop new Revit content to expand our library of assets and meet project-specific needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Revit families and content. • Strong knowledge in content creation and parametric properties of families. • Collaborate with technical teams to understand their needs and create appropriate Revit content. • Perform quality control checks on Revit families and content, ensuring accuracy and functionality. • Stay updated on the latest developments in Revit family creation and BIM best practices. • Assist with interior design documentation might be required Experience • Qualified professional in Design, Architecture or related discipline or field with at least 2 years of experience in Revit family creation and content development. • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a focus on family creation, parametric modelling, and content libraries. • Strong understanding of BIM principles and how they apply to content creation and management. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience with interior design documentation preferred • Familiarity with Dynamo would be beneficial. • Excellent English communication skills.
