**Rewards Processor** **Job Summary** The Total Rewards Processor supports benefits administration and compensation operations by executing transactional activities with accuracy and efficiency. The role ensures timely processing of employee benefits, payroll deductions, and compliance-related updates while maintaining SLA adherence in a global HRO environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Process benefits enrollment and updates within defined timelines * Manage employee life events and eligibility changes in HR systems * Validate and support payroll deductions and reconciliation activities * Coordinate with benefits vendors for routine queries and file updates * Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation * Handle employee queries related to benefits programs and policies **Required Qualifications** Graduate (any discipline); HR / Finance background preferred **Experience Requirements** 1--4 years of experience in HR operations or benefits administration **Key Skills \& Competencies** * Attention to detail and accuracy * Process-driven and compliance mindset * Effective communication skills * Customer-centric approach * Basic analytical capability **Tools \& Systems** Benefits platforms, HRIS systems (Workday, SAP) **Stakeholder Interaction** Employees, HR teams, Payroll teams, Vendors **Success Metrics / KPIs** * Transaction accuracy * SLA adherence * Query resolution time * Data quality **Language Requirements** English
