Tata Electronics’ rapid growth seeks high calibre talent with the drive and passion to achieve previously unimagined goals in the Indian Manufacturing Sector. **Role Overview** As a Rewards Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Tata Electronics' fast-growing Semiconductor Manufacturing business by managing compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and rewards analytics. The role requires working closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, compliant, and data-driven rewards practices that attract, retain, and motivate talent across engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Compensation Management - Support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the Semiconductor business. - Participate in annual compensation reviews, merit cycles, promotions, and salary corrections. - Ensure internal pay equity and alignment with organizational compensation philosophy. 2. Benchmarking & Market Intelligence - Conduct compensation benchmarking studies using industry surveys and market data, with a focus on semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and technology sectors. - Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to maintain competitive compensation structures. - Support job evaluation and grading exercises. 3. Incentive & Variable Pay Administration - Assist in administering short-term incentive plans, performance-based rewards, retention programs, and project-based incentive schemes. - Support calculation, validation, and communication of incentive payouts. - Monitor effectiveness of reward programs through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. 4. Benefits Administration - Coordinate employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement benefits, and employee welfare schemes. - Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program administration. - Support benefits-related employee communications and query resolution. 5. Payroll Coordination & Rewards Governance - Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation-related components. - Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies. - Support audits and governance reviews related to compensation and benefits programs. 6. Data Analytics & Reporting - Prepare compensation and benefits dashboards, reports, and workforce cost analyses. - Analyze compensation trends, attrition drivers, hiring competitiveness, and rewards effectiveness. - Generate actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making. 7. Budgeting & Workforce Cost Planning - Support annual budgeting, manpower cost planning, and forecasting activities. - Track compensation and benefits expenditures against approved budgets. - Provide analytical support for workforce planning initiatives. 8. Employee Recognition Programs - Partner with HR and business leaders to implement employee recognition and appreciation initiatives. - Support the execution and continuous improvement of recognition programs across manufacturing and engineering workforce segments. 9. Process Improvement & Digitization - Drive continuous improvement in rewards processes through automation and system enhancements. - Support HRIS and rewards technology initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience. 10. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to support rewards-related initiatives. - Provide compensation insights and recommendations to aid talent attraction and retention in a highly competitive semiconductor talent market. Desired Candidate Profile - MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline. - 5-6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics. - Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, technology, or engineering-intensive industries preferred. - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and HR analytics. - Knowledge of compensation surveys, salary benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and incentive plans. - Exposure to payroll processes, statutory compliance, and benefits administration. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. compensation in the BU.
