**Role & responsibilities:** 58 years of experience in Credit Risk (NBFC/Banking/Fintech) Expertise in Personal Loan underwriting and portfolio analytics Strong knowledge of credit bureau data, scorecards, and risk policies Proficiency in Excel & SQL (SAS/R/Python is a plus) CA or Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field Good understanding of RBI regulations for retail lending
