Increase awareness of compliance policies and processes. **Must have skills :** Business Process Management (BPM) **Good to have skills :** NA Minimum **3** year(s) of experience is required **Educational Qualification :** 15 years full time education Summary: We are looking for a skilled OpenText BPM professional with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and deliver enterprise workflow solutions using the OpenText AppWorks/Cordys platform. This role demands strong hands-on expertise, solid integration knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful BPM solution delivery. Roles & Responsibilities Participate in the end-to-end application lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment Develop, configure, and enhance workflows using the OpenText AppWorks/Cordys BPM platform Design and implement integration solutions using REST APIs, web services, and messaging queues (MQ) Apply strong knowledge of Java fundamentals (class loading, memory management, transactions, threads) in solution development Work with relational databases and SQL for data handling and optimization Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and platform-level issues, including performance bottlenecks Ensure code quality through adherence to coding standards, best practices, and code reviews Develop reusable components, services, and libraries to improve development efficiency Provide technical support and guidance to team members as required Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge transfer (KT) materials and training support Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication in a collaborative team environment Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM). Strong hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions using OpenText BPM (AppWorks/Cordys) - Strong analytical skills to assess risk factors and compliance issues effectively. - Ability to communicate complex compliance requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders. - Experience in monitoring and evaluating service delivery processes to ensure quality standards. - Familiarity with tools and techniques for risk assessment and management within business processes. - Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing independent responsibilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM). Exposure to OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) Understanding of banking domain processes (e.g., Maker-Checker, audit trails, compliance workflows) - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
