**Role & responsibilities** - Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements - Documenting and monitoring requirements needed for the proposed solutions - Creating high-level product specifications and design documents - Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow - Analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve - Building and integrating risk solution to meet the customers need - Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process - Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs - Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software - Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process - Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design - Ensuring to adhere development schedules and deadlines - Testing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets requirements - Leverages industry, business, technology, risk, and compliance knowledge to enable and/or improve business processes, practices, organizations, and systems - Adheres to quality standards, configuration practices and procedures, and supports the realization of measurable business benefits **SKILLS:** - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Broad understanding of information technology topics - Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style - Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills - Flexible in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilities - Technically creative and open-minded - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities **Preferred candidate profile** - Minimum of 10 - 12 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs - Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms - Experience in software engineering and design architecture - Proven experience in software development and project management - Proficiency with information technologies in a secure network environment - Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details - In-depth understanding of coding languages (Python, JavaScript) - Experience in enabling GRC architecture and technology solutions to meet business capabilities and needs. - Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
