**Job Description** Coordinate with Project Teams to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelinesEnsure timely mobilization, deployment, redeployment and optimum utilization of manpower across projectsManage the complete lifecycle of Project Associates, including onboarding, due diligence, work order coordination, compliance, billing and payout support.Monitor labour strength, productivity, utilization, and manpower costs across projects.Build and maintain relationships with Project Associate partners and monitor their performance.
