Job Description: RPA Developer / Senior RPA Consultant **Experience:** 8+ Years **Location:** Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai/ PAN INDIA Virtual interview. **Notice Period:** Preferred Immediate to 30 Days Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **RPA Developer** with 8+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using platforms such as **UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism** . The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable RPA solutions. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. - Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism. - Develop reusable automation components and frameworks. - Integrate RPA solutions with ERP, CRM, Web, Desktop, and legacy applications. - Perform bot monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support. - Create technical design documents, process definition documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD). - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews. Required Skills - 8+ years of IT experience with **4+ years in RPA development** . - Strong experience in **UiPath** (preferred) / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism. - Experience with **Orchestrator** , REFramework, attended and unattended bots. - Hands-on experience in API integration, OCR, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). - Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process mapping. - Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and scripting (PowerShell, VB.Net, C#). - Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies. - Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
