**Role: RPA UI DevelopeR** **EXP: 5 TO 10** **LOCATION: BENGALURU** **JD:** **5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA using UiPath** **• Strong experience in Agentic AI concepts** **• Proficiency in Python for automation and AI development** **• Solid experience working with AWS cloud services** **• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and system integrations** **• Experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL)** **• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices** **RPA Expertise** **• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots** **• REFramework and enterprise-grade automation** **• AI Center / Document Understanding** **Agentic AI & Automation** **• Experience building autonomous agents, tool-using agents, or workflow-based AI** **systems** **• Understanding of prompt engineering, agent memory, reasoning, and** **orchestration** **• Familiarity with LLM-based frameworks or AI orchestration tools (preferred)** **Soft Skills** **• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities** **• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills** **• Ability to work independently and lead complex automation initiatives** **• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to best practices**
